I do hope that Carol returns. Until then I think Rick may have bought himself problems with Daryl, who’s more formidable than Tyreese IMHO.
I disagree completely and the writer is thinking in terms of Season 1 Daryl, not Season 4 Daryl. Not the Daryl who was completely deceived by Carol, the Daryl she didn’t even bring up when Rick kicked her out. She lied to them, she let Tyreese go off like that and stood there, knowing it was her fault. She did all of that. Daryl won’t be happy she’s gone, but he’s also not going to be happy about what she did either. People don’t give Daryl enough credit here, he’s a good man and he’s not going to abandon that group.
